  • Description: Wood framed apartment complex consisting of 150 apartments in four 3 and 4 story buildings, a 2 story leasing office, and a 2 story childcare facility. The buildings are designed to minimize both energy and water use and this project will apply for LEED Platinum Certification. Site amenities include rainwater re-irrigation system, bioswales, and pervious concrete sidewalks are designed to minimize storm water run-off and to maximize water quality.
